I meant to post this weeks ago. You know, how most of my posts work. So here's an excuse to get my ass blogging again, my addiction; thrifting.
To say I thrift a lot may be an understatement. I should probably dedicate a lot more posts to it since its honestly the bulk of my life. I mean, I have a shop of thrifted, vintage goodies, it all over takes. And the things that don't make it into my shop are the gems I should show you with the link up!
Now, I have many rules to thrifting. But a general rule of thumb (for me) is to look for Fisher-Price. Always the first toy item I look for. Now, you'll need to do your research to determine what's vintage and what's not (if that's what you're going for) but my personal rule is that I want the things I own to be older than me. Fair enough? I'm vintage, according to etsy so...
Okay stop! Hold the phone. You were just hanging out there? With your string still attached? No stickers torn off? And your eyes still move? Just waiting for me to take you home? Deal.
And after circling through the toys for a third time (because who really wants to look through all those "do not open" plastic bags?) my heart sank into my butt. There she was. This bag of beauts...

No seriously, this was obviously the best trip I ever had. Everything is in freakishly perfect condition. I don't exactly know why all of this was so exciting to me. I just really enjoy nostalgia.
